Leak Protection Survey

Tri-County Rural Water & Sewer District is exploring options to better serve our customers. One option we have found is a program called ServLine which is a leak protection plan. A survey was sent out with the May 10^th bills to see if customers would be interested.

Here is how the program would work:

A TCRW customer would be automatically enrolled in the program but could call either ServLine or TCRW to be opted out. If the customer does not opt out, a fee of up to $2.35 a month would be added to their water bill for the program. The customer could opt out for up to a year with full reimbursement.
